CRANSTON POLSON

FOUNDER & CEO
Cranston is the Founder and CEO of H2H Energy, with over 15 years of experience as a mechanical / systems engineer and hydrogen specialist. He specialises in electrolysers, hydrogen storage, fuel cells, and refuelling station design and maintenance. Cranston holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Science from the University of Tasmania.

DANNY TERLIP

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Danny has over 10 years hydrogen industry experience within the design and build of novel refuelling stations, fuel cell watercraft, and R&D facilities. Danny has deep technical knowledge and expertise working with regulatory bodies to adapt existing codes and standards to new paradigms. He is passionate about using technology for positive change within the energy ecosystem.

DR GUENTER RANDOLF

ELECTRICAL & CONTROL ENGINEER
Guenter has extensive experience in renewable energy and eco-friendly vehicle technologies. He has developed systems for ICE testing, HiL, PEMFC stack testing, and automation for hydrogen refuelling stations.

MATTHEW MEARES

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Matt is a mechanical engineer with a strong background in automotive and hydrogen projects, specialising in site layout design, CAD modelling, PFDs, and P&IDs. Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks, he has commissioned hydrogen refuelling stations in Australia and New Zealand. Matt holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours).

MICHAL MIS

PROJECT ENGINEER
Michal is a senior engineer with 8+ years broad experience in the mechanical engineering & building services ­fields. He has multiple years of direct on-site experience in management of sub-contractors and supervision of building installations. Michal has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Sunshine Coast.

RODRIGO FERRARI

QUALITY ENGINEER
Rodrigo has 14 years of experience at General Motors Brazil, starting as a fitter and turner, then operating CNC machinery, and later becoming Manufacturing Manager. He has strong leadership skills and expertise in mechanical design and manufacturing. Rodrigo holds a Business Management degree and a Mechanical Technician diploma from Brazil.

LUCAS DA SILVA

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Lucas, an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University Regional of Blumenau, Brazil, has spent his 12 year engineering career specialising in mechanical design and build. A skilled industrial designer and systems integrator, he is known for his problem solving abilities and attention to detail.

STEPHEN BRADY

PROCUREMENT
Stephen relocated from Ireland to Australia in 2005, embracing his new life Down Under. As the procurement and logistics officer at H2H Energy, Stephen is immersed in a dynamic and evolving industry. Despite being new to the field, he relishes the constant challenges and opportunities it brings, reflecting his adaptability and enthusiasm for growth.

JENKA LOXLEY

ACCOUNTS
Jenka began her economic studies at the age of 15 in North Italy. After graduating in Accounting and Trade Operations she continued her studies in International Trade at the University of Bergamo. Jenka has been applying her detailed accounting and cash flow management skills working at H2H Energy since 2022.

MELANIE TEMPLAR

ADMINISTRATION
Mel provides support to the operations team. She brings a wide range of skills having previously worked in Production at Channel Nine, as a Consular Officer for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and for the University of Tasmania, Sydney providing academic and administrative support.

ANDY GREGG

INTERN
Andrew, a 4th-year mechanical engineering and economics student at UQ Brisbane, is currently interning at H2H Energy during his university breaks. A passionate problem solver, he has skills in Python coding, CAD modelling, and thermodynamics. Andrew is excited to learn about the hydrogen industry and grow as an engineer.

Claire is a government relations and communications expert specialising in the energy and automotive sectors. Formerly the inaugural CEO of the Australian Hydrogen Council, she now helps clients enhance their communications and design strategies through her consultancy, Presented.

TIM SAWYER

BUSINESS ADVISOR
Throughout his career, Tim has been involved in both onshore and offshore energy, as well as the environment and climate change. Starting initially in defense, Tim then moved into environmental regulation and policy, consulting, project development and senior executive leadership.

JAMES STEWART

LAWYER
James is a leading corporate lawyer with extensive business and legal experience. Specialising in mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets, he has been a partner of leading international law firms for more than 15 years.
